Recording Voice Mail Name

The following are the steps to perform to record the name heard when you log into your voice mailbox or when a voice message is being addressed to you.

To record name from a Saint Peter’s University phone:.

1. Click on Logging into Voice Mailbox if you are not already in a session.
2. Press *7 to ensure you are at main activity meeting.
3. Press 5.
4. Press 5 again.
5. Record name.
6. Press 1.
7. Press 1 to re-record or # to approve.
