Off Hours Event Coverage
Overview
This article describes the options IT Client Services provides for off-hours event coverage, defined as IT staffing of events taking place at times not covered by Client Services business hours.

IT Client Services provides two types of off-hours coverage:
- On-Site Coverage – The Client Services technician is expected to remain at the event from set up time through to the conclusion of the event, including breaking down IT equipment and returning it to storage.
- On-Call Coverage – The Client Services technician is not expected to remain at the event, and will respond to calls to the Client Services cell phone and troubleshoot technical issues remotely if assistance is needed.
Event support is available between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week. If your event or a portion of it requires coverage outside of these hours, please include a written justification in your event request for consideration.
