How To Make A Copy From A Multi-Function Printer

This article describes how to copy using a Multi-Function Printer (MFP).

Information

1. Swipe your Saint Peter’s OneCard on the card reader attached to the MFP.
2. The MFP will show any pending print jobs you have waiting to release.
3. Press the home button on the right-hand side to get to the main menu.
4. Press the “Simple Copy” icon and it will bring you to the following menu

5. Select the number of copies and required option, then press the green Start button, either on the screen or to the right side of the touch screen.
6. If you need more advanced copying options, such as zoom, collate, or color correction , press “Copy” on the home screen instead of “Simple Copy”.
7. Select the advanced options from the menu shown below, then press the green physical button on the right-hand side.
