Connecting To SPU-Students – Alternative
Overview
Saint Peter’s University permits access to WiFi on campus based on who requires it, in this case, students. Students access WiFi via connecting to a segregated network known as “SPU-Students”. The device they are using also determines how they access WiFi. Below are the steps to perform to connect to “SPU-Students” from a Chromebook or Lenovo Tablet.

Current Instructions for connecting Chromebook or Lenovo Tablet to Saint Peter’s Student WiFi Network:
1. Disconnect from or “forget” SPU-Students network.
2. SSID: SPU-Students
EAP Method: PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPv2
Server CA Certificate: Do not check
Domain: <leave blank>
Identity: students\<username>
Password: <password>
Leave “Anonymous Identity and all other fields blank. If there is an “Advanced Options” tab or button, press it and verify the “MAC” field is set to “device”.
3. Click on Connect
