Checking Incoming Voice Mail

Overview

Perform the following steps to check your incoming voice mail.

Information

To check messages:

1. Click on Logging into Voice Mailbox if you are not already in a session.
2. Press *7 to ensure you are at the main activity menu.
3. Enter password, then #.
4. Press 2 to get messages.
5. Press 0 to listen to message.
6. Press *3 to delete message or # to save and go on to the next message.

Note – press *7 at anytime to return to main activity menu.
