Changing Voice Mail Password

Overview

The following are the steps to perform to change your voice mail password.  Please contact the IT Service Desk (201-761-7800, servicedesk@saintpeters.edu) if you forgot your password and need it reset or are locked out of your mailbox.

To change password:

1. Click on Logging into Voice Mailbox if you are not already in a session.
2. Press *7 to ensure you are at main activity menu.
3. Press 5.
4. Press 4.
5. Enter new password.
6. Press #.
7. Re-enter new password.
8. Press #.
